The Caribbean Regional Technical Assistance Centre (CARTAC), established in 2001, is a regional resource based in Barbados. CARTAC was created to help countries in the region deliver improvements in certain critical areas required to design and implement measures to meet standards of economic and financial governance as expected by citizens, domestic and international investors.
